Peer review visits are essential for the accreditation of a Business School. These visits involve a comprehensive review by a Peer Reviewer Team that assess the quality and effectiveness of policy, process, outcomes of academic program. The team reviews the strategic plan, faculty performance, students' achievements, research output, resource availability and utilization, and robustness of administrative functions. The effective preparation for these visits is crucial for Business Schools to showcase their strengths, address any potential weaknesses, and fulfill the standards required for accreditation or re-accreditation. This workshop offers a detailed guideline to prepare for peer review visits, covering key areas such as understanding evaluation criteria, organizing documentation, and engaging with reviewers. Furthermore, it will address common challenges faced by business schools during the peer review visits. |
