1. Dean Faculty of Management Sciences 

i. Supervises the semester proceedings including deciding and making offerings of the curricula in the light of the roadmap approved by the NCRC and assigning suitable faculty. 
ii. Creates a pool of appropriate visiting faculty. 
iii. Approves add/drop of the subjects and assigning Independent Studies (IS) and thesis supervisors to the MS students.
iv. Supervises the class management process throughout the semester and takes corrective measures where needed.
v. Supervises preparation and maintenance of Course Specification Manual (CSM).
vi. Gets the course reports prepared and conducts faculty peer review at the end of each semester.
vii. Conducts and chairs Faculty Board meetings and Curriculum Review Committee meetings twice a year and represents the Faculty of Management Sciences on the BASR and Academic Council meetings. 

2. Director Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) 

i. Gets prepared the quarterly Self Assessment Reports (SARs) and submits to the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) at Higher Education Commission.
ii. Gets the quality surveys conducted with the graduating students, alumni and the employers
iii. Makes analytical studies for improvement of the systems in the Institute 
iv. Processed the entire case for accreditation of the BBA and MBA/MS programs to the National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC) and acted as focal person during visit of the Accreditation Inspection Committee.
v. Processed the entire case for the CIEC visit
